During 30 years of the company’s operation, we have been trusted by thousands of Customers! In our service center, all adjustments are performed using the best machines. Furthermore, we use only the highest quality parts in our service center. As an authorized service center for Samyang and Tamron lenses, we perform warranty repairs as well as repairs beyond the scope of the warranty. When repairing a lens in an authorized service center, you do not lose the manufacturer’s warranty for the equipment. Before each repair, our technicians perform a free repair valuation. We offer a 6-month warranty for all repairs.

Service Process
Fill in the submission form
You will receive an email informing you that the order has been accepted, and a courier will contact you at the scheduled time
The equipment goes to our service center
When the courier will deliver your equipment to us, we will inform you about it via email in English.
Checking the equipment
The equipment is checked for the reported fault. The submissions eligible for warranty repair are processed automatically. For chargeable repairs, the service center performs a repair valuation for the delivered equipment. The repair valuation will be prepared and sent to you via email (in English) where you will be able to check the consent to or the cancellation of the repair. You can also send your decision via email (we will respond in English) or by phone (contact in English).
Warranty repair
After the repair, the equipment will be returned; we will inform you about it via email with the shipment number.
Chargeable repair
After the repair or cancellation, an email will be sent in English with a link for the PayPal online payment. Upon payment, the equipment will be sent together with the sales document.
